{"id":6433,"date":"2021-03-10T14:40:05","date_gmt":"2021-03-10T14:40:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/devops.uth.gr\/dev\/?p=6433"},"modified":"2024-08-31T17:46:58","modified_gmt":"2024-08-31T17:46:58","slug":"invitation-developing-training-methodologies-and-content-for-specific-job-profiles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/smartdevops.eu\/dev\/invitation-developing-training-methodologies-and-content-for-specific-job-profiles\/","title":{"rendered":"Webinar on 24\/03: Developing training methodologies and content for specific job profiles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Date: 24 March 2021<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Time: 15:00 \u2013 16:15 (CET)<br \/>\nHost: <a href=\"http:\/\/devops.uth.gr\/dev\/all-digital\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ALL DIGITAL<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0DevOps Competences for Smart Cities\u00a0(Smart-DevOps) is an Erasmus+ KA2\/Sector Skills Alliances project that\u00a0<strong>addresses the shortage of digital and transferable skills<\/strong>\u00a0of public sector employees working in smart cities \/ municipalities and will support them in their professional development.<\/p>\n<p>Combination of a specific approach (DevOps), field (public sector employees in smart cities and municipalities) and lack of educational programmes or courses in the field meant the project consortium started practically from scratch.<\/p>\n<p>It started with in-depth research and analysis of the needs and available trainings to identify the most competitive and high valued skills and competences, continued with identification of the three new professions\/job profiles and concluded by developing a MOOC and specialisation courses based on modular design, utilizes open content (digital OERs), and enables flexible learning pathways.<\/p>\n<p>Join us at for the \u201c<strong>Developing training methodologies and content for specific job profiles\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>event to learn more about:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to identify an emerging job profile in a specific field and how to prepare it for developing of training methodologies and contents.<\/li>\n<li>How to go from identifying job profiles\/competence profiles to building an online educational programme that follows ECVET standards.
